Do you provide installation?
No, we do not provide installation or repair services. If you have questions about how to install the products you purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide installation and maintenance instructions for your purchase.

When will my order ship?
CEN-TEX, SPRAGUE AND SPEICH PARTS ORDERS: For all parts items that are in stock at the time when the order is received, your order will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. For orders placed outside of business hours, your order will be processed on the following business day, and ship within 1-2 business days. If the parts you ordered are not in stock at the time the order is received, you will be contacted with an estimated ship date.
For all other product lines, lead times will vary based on the specific product. Lead times and pricing will be quoted individually for each product. Lead times for new finished products for Cen-Tex (such as doors, hatches, manholes, scuttles, portlights or fixed lights), or for new wiper systems for Speich or Sprague will vary depending on the product.
What locations do you ship to?
Our website can calculate shipping to the 48 Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. If you are outside of these areas, and have a freight forwarder in the Continental US, we can ship your order to the freight forwarder you designate. Also, Marine and Construction Supplies can ship to Canada and Mexico. If you need a shipping quote to Canada or Mexico, please contact us at email@example.com.
When are you open?
Our hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am - 5pm; Tuesday and Wednesday, 11am - 7pm Pacific Standard Time. We are closed for the following holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. We are wholesale distributors and do not maintain a retail space. In-person consultations are by appointment only.
Do my items come with a warranty?
Yes, your items come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, that varies for each manufacturer. See our Terms page for more information.
Do you sell only door panels without the frame, or only hatch covers without the coaming?This depends on the manufacturer and the application. Most of the time, we recommend against this option, since we have no way of performing any quality testing at the manufacturing plant to make sure the replacement door panel or hatch cover will seal properly when it is installed on the existing frame or coaming. Without this quality testing, we cannot warranty the item.
